Following on from the Bolle dairy, it goes without saying that dairy products play an important role for us: for example, a welcoming milky mojito, a goat’s cream cheese tart with fig, small unpeeled potatoes with linseed oil and herb curd cheese from the old dairy or lime cream on gianduja with cherries.
The choice is yours: as finger food, an in-between course, part of a dish or a dessert.
We are always open to suggestions, too, and will gladly incorporate these into your dining plans.
